Prift OPCO UK Ltd is a subsidiary of Prift Ltd and is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13464853 with its registered office also at 1 Mayfair Mews, Balham Grove, London, United Kingdom, SW12. Together these companies are the Prift Group, but in this page we’ll refer to each company interchangeably as Prift, we, us or our

Prift OPCO UK Ltd is registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority as a PSD Agent (reference number 992581) of Yodlee Inc. UK Branch, a Registered Account Information Service Provider by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (reference number: 820700).

These Website Terms and Acceptable Use Policy (Terms) explain how you may use www.prift.co (our Website) and any content published or linked on it.

By using our Website, you agree to these Terms, which incorporate all the other legal terms and notices which appear on our Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, we do not consent to your use of the Website, and you should stop using the Website immediately.

These Terms do not apply to any services we may provide to you. Where we agree to provide any of our services to you, separate terms and conditions will apply, which will be made available to you in writing before we enter into any further agreement.

2.1.
We do not charge a fee for you to browse our Website and any content we publish is for information purposes only. 
2.2.
You are responsible for any fees you incur to access our Website (for example, internet connection or data usage) and for complying with any local laws that apply if you access our Website from outside the UK. 
2.3.
You can submit your details using our Contact Us online webform, but otherwise we do not currently provide functionality which allows you to upload content to our Website. Functionality that enables registered users of Prift platform services to upload content will be governed by the terms and conditions applicable to such services.

How we handle your information
3.1.
In addition to any details you submit, we also collect some information about the device you use to access our Website and the way you interact with its webpages. You can find out more about what information Prift collects and how we use it by reading our privacy policy www.prift.co/privacy-policy
3.2.
We treat any other information you provide to us which is not personal data as non-confidential, and we may reasonably use it for our own business purposes.

Your use of our Website
4.1.
We may use our Website to access information about Prift and the services we provide, request additional information about out services, or apply for a job role with us.
4.2.
You may also create a link to our Website from another website, provided that that link does not:
a) create a frame or any other browser or border environment around our Website content;
b) imply that we endorse your product or services, or any products or services available from or provided by the website you publish the link on
c) display any trade mark or logo we use on our Website unless we have given you permission to use them; or
d) appear on a website that allows any of the Prohibited Actions described in the next clause.

Unacceptable use of our Website
5.1.
You must not use our Website to perform, or facilitate the performance of, any of the following Prohibited Actions:
a) anything that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms;

d) intentionally disrupting the operation of our Website or our business, or the website or business of any other entity; or

If we have any reason to believe you have breached any of these Terms or performed any Prohibited Actions, we may suspend or terminate your use of our Website and may decide to disclose information about the suspected breach to any third party (such as the police) as we consider necessary in the circumstances. You must immediately remove any link to our Website if we ask you to.

We expressly reserve all of our other rights in respect of any breach by you of these Terms, including (but not limited to) any rights we may have to seek damages or an injunction in relation to any breach of these terms or our intellectual property rights.

Our Intellectual Property Rights

All of the intellectual property rights in the Website and in any text, images, video, audio or other multimedia content, software or other information or material submitted to or accessible from the Website (Content) are owned by us and our licensors.

We and our licensors reserve all our intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, all copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind) whether registered or unregistered anywhere in the world. This means, for example, that we remain owners of them and are free to use them as we see fit.

Nothing in these Terms gives you any legal rights in the Website or the Content other than as necessary for you to access it. You agree not to adjust, try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on the Website or the Content (including any intellectual property notices) and, in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the Website or the Content.

Limitation of our liability to you

Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury, or fraud) or arising under applicable laws relating to your personal data, neither we (nor any of our personnel or any third party contributors to the Website) accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website, and we disclaim all such liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Other useful things to know
8.1.
Protect your own equipment and data. We have technical security measures in place, but we do not guarantee that our Website is free from malicious content. You should be especially careful when clicking any links to external websites. It is your responsibility to take precautionary steps (e.g. make sure you have appropriate anti-virus software installed).
8.2.
Accuracy of information and availability of our Website. We try to ensure that the content on our Website is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs but we cannot guarantee that will always be the case. We do not offer any warranty in relation to the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Website, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to any links to other websites which may be displayed on the Website. While we always try to make sure our Website is available to browse, we do not promise that it will always be available, or that your use will be uninterrupted.

We may modify our Website, our content and these Terms.  We reserve the right to vary these Terms at any time. Any updated Terms will be displayed on the Website and will take effect when the Terms are posted. By continuing to use and access the Website following such changes, you agree to be bound by any variation made by us. It is your responsibility to check these Terms each time you use the Website to check for any updated Terms.

No third party rights. These Terms are between Prift and you only (so no third party can enforce them). The laws of England apply, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to decide any claims in relation to these Terms.
8.5.
These terms are governed by English law. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in relation to them will be governed by English law. By using the Website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute related to the Website or these Terms.
